All of our decals are printed in-house on our commercial UV printer. They are all on clear permanent adhesive vinyl and all have an opaque white base so that you can put your decal on darker backgrounds depending on the background of the image. Some may still look better on a lighter base. See images included in listing for a visual reference of what to expect.
